“Pam Concert Giveaway” Social Media Competition for Two Concert Tickets and $100 Free Play

Description of Competition

Starting Monday, May 13, 2024, The Mint at Kentucky Downs will begin a “Pam Tillis Concert Giveaway” Competition on The Mint Gaming Hall’s Facebook Page. The competition will continue at the discretion of The Mint Gaming Hall and will be based around a correct answer to a trivia question.

Competition Rules and Directions

To enter the competition, guests must like the post and comment with the correct answer to the Pam Tillis trivia question on The Mint Gaming Hall Facebook’s contest post. If they are 21 years or older and a US resident, they are eligible to win. The contest will begin on Monday, May 13, 2024 and end at 5:00 pm CDT on Thursday, May 16th. Employees are not qualified to enter the competition.

How winners are chosen

A member of the Marketing Team will go through the comment section and the likes on the “Pam TIllis Concert Giveaway” post and select 1 winner from the contest that answered the question correctly. The winner will receive $100 in Free Play and two concert tickets Winners will be notified directly through a private message. They will receive a message of Congratulations with their name included in the message, letting them know they are a winner and how to collect their prize. Winners will be notified no later than 7:00pm CDT on Thursday, May 16th. Guests can only win once. Concert winner and attendee Must be 21 or older.

Prize Pick-Up Instructions (Guest and Players Club)

The Winner have until May 18, 2024 at 11:59pm CDT to redeem. The $100 Free Play will then be available until Sunday, May 19th at 5AM. The winner will be asked to show their ID at the Players Club, as well as their social media account qualifying winner message. If the winner is not a Mint Rewards Member, they will be required to sign up for an account to receive their Free Play. It is free to sign up. Free Play will then be loaded onto their Players Club Card to be redeemed at the Historical Horse Racing machines.

If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of The Mint Gaming Hall which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this promotion or drawing, The Mint Gaming Hall reserves the right, in its sole discretion without notice, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or drawing.

Any dispute or situation not covered by the above guidelines will be resolved by The Mint Gaming Hall management in a manner deemed fair to all concerned. That decision will be final and binding for all participants. The Mint Gaming Hall management reserves all rights and the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time.
