HOW DO I MOVE UP A TIER?
Tier points must be met during the earning period to maintain your status level. Upgrades happen when you earn the required amount of points, other tier adjustments occur in January and July. Earning periods are shown below.
EARNING PERIODS:
February 1 – July 31
August 1 – January 31
IS THERE A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TIER POINTS & BONUS POINTS?
Tier points: Points that count towards your card level. They are earned at the standard play rate.
Bonus points: Points that are earned at a multiplied rate (like on a Multiplier Day) as part of a promotion or are gifted.
HOW DO REWARDS WORK?
Rewards levels are based on tier points earned during a 6-month period. As long as you play with your Rewards Card, you’re on your way to great rewards!
HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
Play your favorite games using your Rewards Card. 1 point = $5 in wagers (excluding Free Play)
